Boiler

Doosan Power Systems India’s world class manufacturing facilities in Chennai have the expertise for pressure parts fabrication of SC/USC upto 1000MW Boilers.

Doosan Power Systems India Chennai Engineering Team specializes in turnkey engineering solutions for Supercritical and Subcritcal boilers. This includes all key fundamentals of engineering such as pressure parts, non-pressure parts, piping systems, structural and electrical control & instrumentation as well as the Balance of Plant (BOP) associated with the boiler. Additionally, we have completed the detailed design of new specialised areas such as FGD and SCR with in-house capabilities and are geared up to meet gruelling project schedules.

We have been working with our group companies globally and have successfully executed Doosan Power Systems India’s scope of engineering in numerous overseas projects such as Pecem (3 X 360 MW) & Itaqui (1 x 360 MW) in Brazil, Gheco (1 x 660 MW) in Thailand, Ainsokhna (2 x 650 MW) in Egypt, Mong Duong II (2 x 560 MW) in Vietnam & Red Dragon (1×375 MW) in Chile. Besides these, domestic projects successfully executed include Kudgi (3 x 800 MW), Lara (2 x 800 MW), Harduaganj (1 x 660 MW) and are presently engaged in Jawaharpur (2 x 660 MW) and Obra ‘C’ (2x 660MW).

All engineering functions of Doosan Power Systems India Chennai are being monitored and managed by dedicated and talented professionals, who work in tandem with our global Doosan counterparts. The emphasis is to persistently streamline engineering functions to focus on promised project timelines and deliver multiple projects efficiently, with highest standard of quality, through meticulous planning, followed by proficient execution.
